The Salvation Army Corp
Dec 17, 2025 12:00 PM
Lieutenant Jon-Marc Lamb, The Salvation Army Corp
My wife and I began serving as the Corps Officers (Local Leaders) in July of this year. This is our first official appointment, and we expect to be here for around 3-5 years. This is the average length of an appointment for leaders in The Salvation Army. Before our appointment here we had the opportunity to serve and train at Salvation Army locations in Colorado, California, Arizona and a couple of trips overseas to serve The Salvation Army in Hawaii and the Marshall Islands. During our 2 years of training and our time employed, I found that I had a passion for service. From kids' programs to senior citizens. Through most of these different training opportunities I saw The Salvation Army and Rotary work hand in hand to meet need. I am excited to be part of this incredible organization and club so that we can elevate Idaho falls through service.
