Leslie Pincock has served as the Executive Director for the Idaho Falls Mayor’s Scholarship Fund since 2017. Over the last nine years, she has overseen the fund's growth and its vital impact on the community, which recently earned the organization a 2025 Mayor’s Choice Award for outstanding contributions to education.
As a first-generation college graduate, Leslie is a vocal advocate for expanding what it means to be a "scholar." She is deeply committed to ensuring that students have the resources to thrive across all pathways—whether that is a traditional university degree, critical workforce training, technical certifications or apprenticeships.
Beyond her professional mission, Leslie has been a frequent volunteer in local education and community service. When she is "off the clock," she loves spending time in the dirt and sun chasing birds with her husband, four married children and three grandchildren.
