Rick Williams is the Assistant Director, Kelly Canyon Ski Patrol. He has also had a long career off of the slopes, first spending 16 years as a Nissan technician. His technical expertise earned him the title of Nissan Master Technician of the Year for the United States. This national victory took him to Japan, where he toured operations and met with senior global leadership. From there, Rick shifted into leadership, serving as a Parts Manager, Service Manager, and eventually the Parts and Service Director for all Ron Sayer dealerships across Idaho Falls and Jackson. After a brief, unique detour as the CEO and General Manager of Syringa, a cosmetics manufacturing firm, Rick was brought back to lead the BMW franchise. As General Manager for 29 years, he oversaw the construction of two new facilities and a major remodel. Under his leadership, the dealership achieved a then-record five BMW Center of Excellence awards before his retirement in 2023.
