During his 21 year career at the Bank, Carlan has held roles in Training, Audit, Financial Crimes, Technology and Operations. Carlan holds a degree in Mathematics from Idaho State University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. He currently serves on the board of The Greater Idaho Falls Police Foundation and as chair of the Idaho Community Bankers Association.
