Sierra McNeil is the CEO of Hospice & Palliative Care of Eastern Idaho, where she is passionate about strengthening community-based healthcare, building strong teams, and creating meaningful community partnerships. She believes leadership is about supporting and encouraging others so that together, we can leave our community better than we found it. Outside of work, Sierra enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son, helping her community, and spending time with her animals.
