A few things to note:
- Set-up shift: Volunteers taking the first slots of the morning will be responsible for picking up booth materials, including the tent, wagon, tables, and merchandise, from the Parks and Recreation building on Memorial Drive. Everything fits in the provided wagon, but there will be some muscle needed to set up the tent. The tent weighs approximately 35 lbs. Instructions are provided so members know what the finished tent set-up will look like with the tables & merchandise.
- Tear-down shift: Volunteers taking the last slot will pack up the booth at the end of the event and return all materials to the Parks and Recreation building on Memorial Drive. Everything fits in the provided wagon, but there will be some muscle needed to take down the tent. The tent weighs approximately 35 lbs.
