Rotarians, along with The Exchange Club of Idaho Falls and the Civitans Club of Idaho Falls, have been invited to be a part of this effort by going to their warehouse located at 1895 N Boulevard for a Stapling Party-Palooza!!! Bring Staplers if you got em'. They have the staples, bags and cards. Volun-tell your friends and loved ones to join in!
With the need being way up, the cost of food being way up, and donations being way down, they are counting on this drive to help them help others.
The National Association of Letter Carriers' Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive is the largest all-volunteer one-day food collection effort in the United States. It is held annually on the second Saturday in May. On this day, mail carriers both deliver mail and collect food donations. The food drive is a community outreach effort of the National Association of Letter Carriers1. To participate, people can leave a non-perishable food donation in a bag by their mailbox on the day of the food drive.
